Start/Stop:

1. Start & suspend training.

2, start the measurement of body fat and quit the body fat project.

3. Operate in the stop mode. The holding key will reset all function values to zero for 3 seconds.

Down:

Reducing selected exercise parameters will decrease during exercise.

Up:

Increase the selected exercise parameters: time, distance and so on. During exercise, it will increase drag load.

Enter:

Input value or work mode.

Recovery:

Enter the recovery function, when the computer's heart rate value. After recovering the physical level for 1-61 minutes. F1 is the best, and the worst is, F6.

Fitness choice

After power up, choose the upper and lower keys and press enter to enter the required mode.

There are 5 basic fitness models:

Manual, preset program, body fat program, target heart rate program, heart rate control program and user program.


Setting up exercise parameters

The ideal fitness mode is selected: manual, pre-set program, body fat, target heart rate, heart rate control and user program. You can pre set the results of several motion parameters.

Exercise parameters: time / distance / calorie / age

Note: some parameters are not adjustable in some programs, and time and distance cannot be set at the same time. Once the program is selected, pressing the Enter key will make the time parameter flicker. The desired time value can be selected by using the up and down keys. Press the return key to enter the value.

The flicker prompts will be moved to the next parameter. Continue to use up or down keys. Start to exercise at Start/stop.


Warm-up

Before exercise, it's better to do stretching first. Warm muscles are easier to stretch, so first use 5~10 minutes to warm up. Then stop and do stretching exercises according to the following methods: do 5 times, do 10 seconds or more time for each leg, and do it again after exercise.

1., stretch down: knees are slightly curved, body slowly bend forward, let back and shoulders relax, and hands try to touch toes. Keep it for 10~15 seconds, then relax. Do it 3 times again.

2. feet stretch: sit on a clean cushion and straighten a leg. The other leg is adducted to the inside of a stretched leg. Try to touch your toes with your hands. Keep it for 10~15 seconds, then relax. Repeat each leg 3 times.

The 3. leg and heel tendon extension: two hand on the wall or a tree stand, one is in the. Keep your hind legs upright and your feet on the ground and tilt towards the walls or trees. Keep it for 10~15 seconds, then relax. Repeat each leg 3 times.

How to adjust the resistance of the fitness car:

Considering the needs of different users, the fitness car is equipped with a resistance adjustment system. The user can adjust the resistance by fine tuning. Fine tune (up/down) 1-8. Up indicates resistance increases, down means drag reduction. According to the needs of sports, users can increase resistance or reduce drag.

How to adjust the uneven four corners of the fitness car:

The car's front and rear bottom pipes are equipped with 4 eccentric ends. If it is found that the front and rear foot of the fitness car is uneven, it can be adjusted through these 4 eccentric ends, so that the body building vehicle can be used in a steady state.

Horizontal adjustment of the cushion

Release the fixed knob, adjust the front and rear position of the saddle tube, and re fasten the fixing knob. The knob must be locked before it can be used.

Handle angle adjustment

Loosen the knob of the handle, adjust the handle to the desired position before and after, and re fasten the fixing knob. The knob must be locked before it can be used. Notice that when adjusting the handle, we need to hold the handle with one hand to prevent the handle from falling off.
